Find Your Kid’s New Favorite in Our 6 Brand-New Meals!

MAY 6, 2021

If you’re looking for something to freshen up your weekly meal routine, you and your kids will love what’s new on the Nurture Life menu! We’re thrilled to be releasing six brand-new, oh-so-nutritious meals for toddlers and kids. As always, they’re packed with the delicious flavors your little ones love with a focus on clean ingredients, thoughtful balance and veggies on every plate!

Why not grab your little one and check out our newest kids meals together?

White Mac & Cheese with Hidden Cauli & Broccoli

white mac & cheese | Nurture Life

Our Mac & Cheese with Butternut Squash has been a consistent kid favorite, but now we’re bringing a new player into the arena. Will your kid prefer the vibrant yellow classic or the bright white upstart? Both of our mac & cheese options are smooth, creamy and amazingly cheesy—so you can’t go wrong!

Our new white mac & cheese is tossed in a delicious three-cheese sauce with smoothly blended cauliflower for an extra pop of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber. A side of colorful broccoli puts the finishing touch on this well-balanced yet kid-friendly plate.

Pizza Pocket with Broccoli

Pizza Pocket | Nurture Life

It’s the oven-baked taste of your favorite pizzeria but wrapped in a perfectly flaky crust using only the highest-quality ingredients. Our marinara sauce has butternut squash blended in, adding a subtle depth of flavor plus a hidden helping of veggie goodness. The cheesy ricotta and mozzarella filling will definitely leave your kids with full tummies and satisfied smiles.

Cheesy Omelet with Chicken Sausage & Taters

Omelet with Sausage & Potatoes | Nurture Life

It’s brunch any time with this delightfully breakfast-inspired, gluten-free meal. Whether your kid is just getting out of bed or is wrapping up an active day, this flavorful trio has plenty of protein to fuel or refuel their body and mind.

Serving up eggs, cheese, apple chicken sausage links, potatoes and sweet potatoes, this meal hits all the breakfast high notes with a balance of (naturally!) sweet and savory flavors. A light sprinkle of thyme deepens the rich flavor of the roasted potato medley.

Chicken Parm Bites with Broccoli

Chicken Parm Bites | Nurture Life

Serving up all the fun of bite-sized chicken nuggets and all the flavor of the classic Italian dish, our Chicken Parm Bites are a surefire favorite at any age. Our signature marinara features smoothly blended butternut squash for a hint of natural sweetness that rounds out the fresh ‘n tangy taste of tomatoes. Your kids won’t even notice the extra vitamins and minerals—but their bodies certainly will!

The side of broccoli adds a touch of color and helps your little one get acquainted with a totally fresh, totally delicious superfood.

Chicken Noodle Stew with Peas, Carrots & Potatoes

Chicken Noodle Stew | Nurture Life

It’s hard to believe that this nostalgic comfort food will be ready for your kids to savor in just 1 minute! We’ve done the chopping, seasoning and stewing for you, so all that’s left to do is cozy up!

This hearty stew features traditional flavor-building veggies, chunks of chicken breast and mini shell pasta—but it’s just as loved for what’s not in it! We’ve kept this recipe completely egg- and milk-free so that more kids can enjoy it.

Cheesy Ravioli with Tomato Sauce & Veggies

Cheesy Ravioli | Nurture Life

Housemade marinara over cheese-stuffed ravioli makes for a lunch or dinner time hit! Our vibrant tomato sauce hides a helping of smoothly blended butternut squash, with a side of broccoli and cauliflower to soak up every last drop.

For kids who are still developing a taste for veggies, this meal has the perfect mix of veggies they can see and veggies they can’t. You can encourage your little one to have fun with the broccoli and cauliflower—feeling it, smelling it, tasting it—while knowing there’s extra squash goodness on the plate, too.

We can’t wait to see what your kid’s new favorite meal will be! Head over to our healthy kids meal menu to see all of our meals and start building your order. If you have any questions about these new meals or our rigorous nutrition standards, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@nurturelife.com.

Imaide Steverango

As a Research and Development Manager at Nurture Life, Imaide is in charge of developing nutritionally dense, culturally diverse meals for babies, toddlers and kids. Her goal is to create delicious meals that balance protein, veggies and complex carbs in dishes that celebrate flavors and ingredients that might not otherwise be introduced into the home. She loves the challenge of making veggies more kid-friendly, especially when she finds a way to showcase them at the forefront of a meal. With a Bachelor’s degree in culinary nutrition and a concentration in clinical dietetics, Imaide brings a balance of culinary expertise and nutrition knowledge. In her previous position as Executive Chef and Food Service Director at a childcare center, she was in charge of feeding children from 6 months to 6 years old. This allowed her to gain a strong understanding of what flavors, textures and ingredients kids love. Imaide’s passion for food is rooted in its power to bring people together—food lets children learn about diversity and how what we eat can help us accept each other’s differences.
