\n\n Your California Privacy Rights\n
\n\n California residents may exercise certain privacy rights pursuant to the\n California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018. Your right to submit certain\n requests to us as a California resident are described below. You may\n designate an authorized agent to make the requests below on your behalf.\n An authorized agent must submit proof to us that he or she has been\n authorized by you to act on your behalf, and you will need to verify\n your identity directly with us.\n
\n\n Verification of Requests\n
\n\n Please note that when submitting a request, you will be asked to provide\n information to verify your identity or authority to make the request\n before action is taken.\n
\n\n We will generally try to avoid requesting additional information from\n you for the purpose of verification, but we may need to do so if we\n cannot verify your identity based on the information already maintained\n by us. If we request additional information to verify your identity, it\n will be for that purpose only, and will be deleted as soon as practical\n after processing the request, except as otherwise provided by law.\n Verification is required in order to confirm that the person submitting\n the request to know or request to delete is the person to whom the\n information relates, and to prevent unauthorized access or deletion of\n information. The specific steps taken to verify the identity of the\n requesting person may vary based on the nature of the request, including\n the type, sensitivity and value of the information requested, the risk\n of harm posed by unauthorized access or deletion, the likelihood that\n fraudulent or malicious actors may seek the information, the robustness\n of personal information provided to verify your identity, the nature of\n our business relationship with you, and available technology for\n verification.\n
\n\n You may designate an authorized agent to make the requests below on your\n behalf. An authorized agent must submit proof to us that he or she has\n been authorized by you to act on your behalf, and you will need to\n verify your identity directly with us through the process described\n below.\n
\n\n The following generally describes the verification processes we use:\n
\n\n Password Protected Accounts.\n If you have a password-protected account with us, we may use existing\n authentication practices to verify your identity, but will require\n re-authentication before disclosing or deleting data. If we suspect\n fraudulent or malicious activity relating to your account, we will\n require further verification (as described below) before complying with\n a request to know or delete.\n
\n\n Verification for Non-Accountholders.\n If you do not have, or cannot access, a password-protected account with\n us, we will generally verify your identity as follows:\n
\n\n For\n requests to know categories of personal information, we will verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty by\n matching at least two data points provided by you with reliable data\n points maintained by us.
\n For\n requests to know specific pieces of personal information, we will verify your identity to a reasonably high degree of certainty\n by matching at least three data points provided by you with reliable\n data points maintained by us. We will also require a declaration, signed\n under penalty of perjury, that the person requesting the information is\n the person whose information is the subject of the request or that\n person’s authorized representative. We will maintain all signed\n declarations as part of our records.
\n For\n requests to delete personal information, we will verify your identity to a reasonable degree or a reasonably\n high degree of certainty depending on the sensitivity of the personal\n information and the risk of harm posed by unauthorized deletion. We will\n act in good faith when determining the appropriate standard to apply.\n
\n If there is no reasonable method by which we can verify your identity,\n we will state so in response to a request to know or delete personal\n information, including an explanation of why we have no reasonable\n method to verify your identity.\n
\n\n Right To Request More Information
\n We generally describe in this privacy policy how we collect, use, and\n share your personal information. In addition to what is described above,\n if you are a California resident, you also have the right to request\n more information regarding the following, to the extent applicable in\n the past 12 months:

Once we\n receive and verify your request, we will let you know what, if any,\n personal information we can delete from our records, and we will direct\n any service providers with whom we shared your personal information to\n also delete your personal information from their records. There may be\n circumstances where we cannot delete your personal information or direct\n service providers to delete your personal information from their\n records. For example, if we need to: (1) retain your personal\n information to complete a transaction or provide a good or service; (2)\n detect security incidents; (3) protect against unlawful activities; (4)\n identify, debug or repair errors; or (5) comply with a legal obligation.\n You may submit a request to delete your personal information by calling\n us at (877) 988-8851, emailing us at support@nurturelife.com, or\n submitting a completed form available here\n https://www.nurturelife.com/info-request/.
